Where and When to Vote in Winter Springs

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Winter Springs residents will have several opportunities to cast their ballots in the upcoming general election, including early voting at locations throughout Seminole County.

Early Voting: October 19 – November 1

Registered voters in Seminole County can vote early every day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 1.

You may vote at any of the county's designated early voting locations, regardless of your residential precinct.

Early Voting Locations

Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office - 1500 E. Airport Boulevard, Sanford
North Branch Library - 150 N. Palmetto Avenue, Sanford
West Branch Library - 245 N. Hunt Club Boulevard, Longwood
Jean Rhein Central Branch Library - 215 Oxford Road, Casselberry
Northwest Branch Library - 580 Green Way Boulevard, Lake Mary
Oviedo Aquatic Center - 148 Oviedo Boulevard, Oviedo
East Branch Library - 310 N. Division Street, Oviedo

There is currently no early voting location within Winter Springs itself, so residents will need to visit one of the locations listed above to vote early.

Election Day: Tuesday, November 3

On Election Day, polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You must vote at your assigned polling location.

Important: Polling locations have changed for some Seminole County voters. Do not assume your polling place is the same one you used in a previous election.

To find your assigned polling place, visit the official Seminole County Supervisor of Elections website (https://voteseminole.gov/) or use the Florida Division of Elections polling-place lookup (https://dos.fl.gov/elections/for-voters/check-your-voter-status-and-polling-place/voter-precinct-lookup/).

What Should You Bring?

Florida voters must present an acceptable photo ID with a signature when voting in person. A Florida driver's license is one example. Other approved forms of identification are available through the Florida Division of Elections (https://dos.fl.gov/elections/for-voters/).

If you do not have the required identification, ask an election worker about your options for casting a provisional ballot.

Voting by Mail

The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot for this election was October 22. If you have already received a mail ballot, remember that it must be received by the Supervisor of Elections by 7:00 p.m. on November 3 to count. A postmark alone is not sufficient.

For instructions and ballot-status information, visit the official vote-by-mail information page (https://voteseminole.gov/).

Check Your Registration and Ballot

Before heading out to vote, confirm your registration information and review your sample ballot so you know what to expect.

For official election information, early voting details, polling-place updates, and other voter resources, visit Seminole County Supervisor of Elections (https://voteseminole.gov/).

Make a plan to vote, verify your polling location, and allow enough time to cast your ballot!

I definitely plan to vote. I'm not holding my breath that anything will change, but maybe we can get some of the dead weight out of local politics.
