If your question involves a personal matter, your account, or something you'd prefer not to discuss publicly, you can contact a staff member directly.

Want to create a new community? If your user rank is Resident or above, send a private message (PM) to a member of the admin team, and they'll help get it set up. Communities must represent an incorporated city or an unincorporated area within a county. Individual neighborhoods are not eligible to have their own communities.

The member who requests the community will become its "Mayor", responsible for helping guide and moderate that community.
